Welcome to my homepage. My name is Deputy Harvel with the Richland County Sheriff's Department.

I am the School Resource Officer for Pontiac Elementary School and Bookman Road Elementary School.

I have approximately 1,400 students which I am accountable for.

I am a DARE and GREAT instructor.

Deputy Harvel's Law Enforcement Bio:

Deputy Zoe Harvel has been with Richland County Sheriff's Department since January 2004. She has served in the Warrant Division, Desk Sergeant area, and road patrol. She is also a member of the SRT support team. She has been in law enforcement since 2000 working with USCPD and the Lexington County Sheriff's Department. She is married and has a German Shepherd. Deputy Harvel is excited to have the opportunity to work with today's children and make a difference. Deputy Harvel is also a DARE and GREAT instructor.
